Your trust matters. We designed our services with privacy as a priority, especially because many of our users are young people seeking sensitive support.

Rosie is designed to work without requiring personally identifiable information. You do not need to create an account, provide your name, or share any personal details to use the service. We may collect:
- Conversation content you share with Rosie in order to provide resource recommendations
- General usage data such as session duration and feature interactions
- Device and browser information for performance and compatibility purposes
How We Use Information
Information collected through our services is used solely to match you with relevant local resources and to improve the quality of our recommendations. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Conversation data is processed in real time to provide resource recommendations and is not permanently stored. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained to improve our services but cannot be traced back to individual users.
Youth Privacy
We take the privacy of young people seriously. Rosie is designed to serve Transition-Age Youth (ages 16-24), and we apply heightened protections for all users:
- No account creation or personal information is required
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 in compliance with COPPA
- Conversation content is not shared with parents, guardians, schools, or government agencies
- We do not build user profiles or track individuals across sessions
Confidentiality
All conversations with Rosie are confidential. We do not share the content of your conversations with law enforcement, government agencies, educational institutions, employers, or any other third party — except where required by law to prevent imminent harm to yourself or others.
Third-Party Services
Rosie uses AI language models to process conversations and generate resource recommendations. These services process conversation data in real time but do not retain it beyond the immediate session. We carefully vet all third-party providers to ensure they meet our privacy standards.
Your Rights
Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is typically no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold any information about you and wish to exercise your privacy rights, please contact us.
